WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Studio Assistant to support the daily operations of our photo studio. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized and enjoys working in a fast-paced creative environment. The Studio Assistant will help keep the studio running smoothly by managing product samples, organizing props and supplies, and supporting shoot preparation and on-set needs.
WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO:
  • Manage physical product flow within the studio including unpacking, labeling, organizing, and maintaining sample inventory
  • Prepare product trays and organize samples for daily shoots based on the studio shoot plan
  • Support the daily operations of the photo studio by handling hands-on tasks related to product preparation, studio organization, and shoot setup
  • Assist with on-set production needs including styling support, prop setup, wardrobe prep, steaming, and resetting sets between shoots
  • Handle post-shoot sample returns, product organization, and studio resets
  • Maintain organization of studio props, wardrobe, and equipment
  • Support sourcing, ordering, and returning props and wardrobe items
  • Ensure the studio and supplies are fully stocked and organized
  • Assist with administrative studio tasks and errands as needed
  • Work onsite 15 hours per week at our Manhattan HQ in the Flatiron Area
WHAT WE WANT TO SEE:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort working hands-on with product and studio equipment
  • Ability to manage physical product handling and studio setup
  • Able to safely and comfortably lift up to 30 lbs.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever needed
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced creative environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (experience with Monday.com is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a creative, fashion, or studio environment is a plus but not required

WHAT WE OFFER:
  • Starting range for this role is $22.00-24.00 per hour. Starting offer within that range will factor in work location, skills, background and years of relevant experience
