We grow and distribute produce using regenerative-organic farming methods to communities with limited access to healthy food. In addition to food production, we aim to teach the principles and practices of regenerative agriculture to the general public. As a Jewish farm, we connect these practices with ancient Jewish wisdom, providing a meaningful opportunity for Jews and non-Jews alike to connect deeply with the land. Our farm is a space where education, community, and sustainable farming converge to create positive change.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and motivated Farm Hand to assist with various tasks on the farm. The position involves both hands-on agricultural work and the care of our farm’s diverse ecosystem, including our market garden, orchard, animals, and vineyard. The ideal candidate will have an interest in regenerative farming practices and be eager to learn in a collaborative environment. The position reports to the Head Farmer and the Executive Director.

  • Work Ethic: Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Flexible hours, but some weekend work may be required.

Compensation:

  • $22 per hour.
