To enable this high-performance every team member enjoys full autonomy over their location (we’re remote-first).</p></div><p>The <strong>Markets Lead – Southern Europe / Northern & Western Europe</strong> will play a pivotal role in steering refurbed’s commercial planning through data-driven forecasting and cross-functional collaboration for the respective regional markets cluster.</p> <p>This role connects <strong>demand planning, market needs, and marketing investments to ensure marketing spend is aligned with overall market strategy</strong>.</p> <p>You will <strong>work on demand forecasting processes, develop analytical frameworks to project sales trends, and translate marketing and commercial inputs into actionable plans</strong> — <strong>ensuring Refurbed’s markets remain agile, sustainable, and growth-focused</strong>.</p> <p>You will work closely with performance marketing, category & supply teams, CRM, product, and other commercial teams.</p> <h2><strong>WHO YOU ARE</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5–7 years of experience in <strong>commercial strategy, performance marketing, marketing analytics, or demand planning</strong> within e-commerce or marketplace environments.</li> <li>Strong quantitative and analytical skills; advanced Excel and Looker (or equivalent BI) proficiency.</li> <li>Solid understanding of <strong>marketing metrics and e-commerce funnel KPIs</strong>.</li> <li>Demonstrated <strong>deep expertise in Southern European / Northern & Western European market dynamics</strong> (cultural, commercial, and competitive). Able to <strong>translate local consumer behavior into marketing strategy</strong>.
