We bridge high-level vision and day-to-day execution, ensuring the organization is aligned and moving effectively toward shared goals. </div> <div>As Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will act as an internal strategy consultant to executive leadership and the Match Group brands. You will lead or support high-impact initiatives, helping define strategic direction and translating insights into actionable plans. You should be equally comfortable diving into data, synthesizing findings into recommendations, and partnering across teams to bring proposals to life. You will report to the Senior Director, Strategy & Operations, and work closely with peers across Strategy, Operations, and Consumer Research. As part of a corporate team supporting a portfolio of brands, you will engage with a wide range of senior stakeholders and adapt seamlessly to different business needs, work styles, and communication preferences.</div> <div>Know where you belong. Benchmark Match Group brands and surface insights that inform strategic decision-making. Identify market signals to inform buy, build, or partner decisions across the Match Group portfolio.</li> <li><strong>Portfolio Strategy:</strong> Support resource allocation and strategic planning across brands and geographies. Identify portfolio-level opportunities and risks and develop data-driven recommendations.</li> <li><strong>Business Case Development:</strong> Translate user, market, and financial data into clear financial models. Size growth opportunities, present the results and strategic implications, and create the paths to implement.</li> <li><strong>Special Projects:</strong> Drive and support strategic initiatives for Corporate and Business Unit leadership. This salary range is reflective of a position based in Dallas, TX.
