Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to effectively position Comcast's managed solutions offerings. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development to team members. Act as a brand ambassador for Comcast, promoting our company values and maintaining a positive image in the market. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations. Continuously seek out ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and drive sales growth. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients and colleagues. Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely billing and delivery of services.
