We are searching for a detail-oriented team player to work in a supporting role helping to provide administrative and technical support for the College’s new and established online, hybrid, and residential courses.<br><br>Primary duties include completing course maintenance tasks, conducting quality reviews of online course content, ensuring adherence to accessibility standards, configuring third-party tools to work with course delivery systems, and leveraging tools such as generative AI to improve processes and streamline workflows.<br><br>Candidates must have proven time management skills, a willingness to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel is required, as is demonstrated knowledge of laws and regulations associated with ADA compliance, including sections 504 and 508, WCAG compliance, and accessibility considerations for online learning.<br><br>Proficiency with Canvas and supporting tools is strongly desired.
