Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and ensure they attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates for further evaluation.
  • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a database of IT professionals and establish strong candidate pipelines.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating feedback.
  • Assist with employer branding initiatives to promote Amazon as a top employer in the IT industry.
  • Stay updated on emerging recruitment trends and practices in the tech industry.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor or Master degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition in the IT domain.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-driven environment.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.

    Experience

    • No prior work experience required; however, experience in a recruitment or HR internship will be advantageous.

    Working Hours

    • Flexible working hours with an expected commitment of 20-30 hours per week.
