Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
    Required skills - Windows , VMware,
    Windows & VMware Administration
    Windows clusters and other OS configuration expertise
    Proven troubleshooting/critical thinking skills
    VMware Infrastructure Knowledge
    VMware Clustering
    Hardware knowledge
    iDRAC/ILO Administration
    Scripting (Powershell, as example)
    Automations (Server remediation, as example
    Basic networking knowledge
    Hands on experience on ServiceNow and ITIL processes
    Experience in vCenter migration
Good to have :
    Backup & Storage Administration (VEEAM)
    Database Administration ( Oracle & SQL Server)
    NetApp administration
Roles & Responsibilities
    Collaborate with Site IT and configure hardware management con-soles for storage, SAN switches and servers (iDRAC/iLO/IMM).
    Install and configure VMware ESXi hypervisor OS.
    Connect with vCenter and create cluster configuration.
    Configure vSwitches and datastores. server VMs and perform server hardening per established standards and procedures.
    Collaborate with Site IT and configure hardware management con-soles for storage, SAN switches and servers (iDRAC/iLO/IMM).
    Install and configure VMware ESXi hypervisor OS.
    Connect with vCenter and create cluster configuration.
    Configure vSwitches and datastores.
    Deploy server VMs and perform server hardening per established standards and procedures.
    Configure backups at VM, File or Microsoft SQL database layer.
    Assist with site cutover activities.
    Re-IP Compute devices as needed.
    Follow the migration documentation/playbook and established de-vice roll procedures.
    Configure Dell ESXi servers and virtualization
