Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience (agency, facility, or private care)

  • State Background Check (Live Scan)

  • Negative TB Test

  • Active Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration

Live Scan Reimbursement: If you're required to complete a Live Scan, we'll reimburse the cost after you've worked 100 hours with us (receipt required).

Bonuses & Recognition

Referral Bonus Details: Earn $150 after your referral works 60 hours and another $150 after 120 hours. You must be actively employed at the time of referral and payout.
