<p style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;">The City of Brainerd is seeking a temporary seasonal Ball Field Maintenance employee.  This position assists with weekend softball and/or baseball tournaments in prepping all fields between each game.</p><ul style="margin-bottom: 3.0pt;margin-top: 0.0in;"><li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;">Grooming of fields<li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;">Chalking fields<li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;">Janitorial tasks </ul><p style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;"><strong><u>MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS</u></strong></p><ul style="margin-bottom: 3.0pt;margin-top: 0.0in;"><li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;">Valid MN driver’s license and physical ability to perform assigned tasks is required.</li><li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;">Must be available to work multiple weekend tournaments.</li></ul><p style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;"><strong><u>DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS</u></strong></p><ul style="margin-bottom: 3.0pt;margin-top: 0.0in;"><li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;"><p style="margin:0in;" data-pasted="true">Desired qualifications include experience preparing and maintaining softball/baseball fields is preferred. If you’re new to field preparation, training will be provided.</p></li><li style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;">Experience using a lawn mower and rake. </li></ul><p style="margin-top: 0.0in;margin-right: 0.0in;margin-bottom: 0.0in;margin-left: 0.0in;"><strong><u>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT*:</u></strong>    Salary is $20 - $22 per hour DOQ.  Work hours will be dependent on weather and tournament schedule.
