We are seeking a high-velocity, precision-focused Global Scheduler for a contract role supporting two of our most active teams. You will be the logistical engine behind complex meeting coordination for a specialized confidential task force working on a high-profile global initiative, as well as our Global Corporate Development group.


This is not a standard administrative role; it is a "Super Scheduler" position for someone who thrives on navigating the intricate organizational structures of major entertainment entities and global corporate partners across North America and Asia.


Location: Remote (Requires high-availability overlap for US and Asia-Pacific time zones)

Support Areas: High-Profile Specialized Project & Global Corporate Development

Engagement: Independent Contractor (1099)

Project Duration: 6 months, with opportunity to extend


Scope of Work
  • High-Volume Coordination: Execute and prioritize a massive volume of meeting requests daily, maintaining absolute accuracy in a fast-shifting environment.
  • Complex Stakeholder Management: Interface professionally with high-level executives at external partner organizations in NYC/LA and internal leadership in Korea.
  • Global Logistics & Time Zone Mastery: Flawlessly coordinate across Seoul, Tokyo, Los Angeles, and NYC. You must be a master of the "time zone puzzle," ensuring critical stakeholders can connect across 13–16 hour differences.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Support a specialized team on a high-profile project, requiring the utmost discretion and professional handling of sensitive information.
  • Agile Problem Solving: Pivot schedules instantly to accommodate urgent deal talks or sudden shifts in project strategy. 


Minimum Qualifications
  • Expert English Communication: Ability to communicate with clarity, poise, and professional "edge" when dealing with high-level stakeholders.
  • Global Scheduling Experience: Proven track record of managing heavy calendars across multiple international time zones (specifically Asia and North America).
  • High Bandwidth: Ability to support "high-touch" teams during peak periods, including flexibility for long hours to bridge the gap between US and Asia business days.
  • Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, Outlook, and various global video conferencing platforms.
  • Professional working proficiency in Korean and/or Japanese is preferred, but not required.


$20 - $30 an hour
