We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Worker to join our Team! In this role you will be responsible for moving inbound and outbound product efficiently and effectively through the warehouse for delivery. This position will be responsible for carrying out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and sending inventory according to purchase orders and shipping schedules.

**This position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $17–$28, depending on experience and qualifications**

Our Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience
  • Six months experience working in a Warehouse
  • Knowledge of operating a forklift
  • Knowledge of operating a pallet jack
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Willingness to work assigned schedules, including weekends if needed

Our Preferred Qualifications

  • Six months experience with order selecting
  • Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple assignments
  • Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems
  • Familiar with modern warehousing practices and methods

Your Responsibilities

  • Order Selector Skills
    • Accurately select products based on pick tickets
    • Verify correct items, quantities, and product conditions
    • Stack, wrap, and label orders for shipment
  • Receive and check in merchandise from in-bound shipments compare to purchase orders or other documents
  • Fill case and bottle orders for products
  • Load delivery trucks and other outbound shipments of billed orders
  • Restock daily bottle and case inventory sold
  • Participate in inventory counts as directed
  • Understand and adhere to the safety rules and requirements in the workplace
  • Ensure warehouse equipment service needs, safety needs, workplace accidents, and other safety issues are reported promptly
  • Attend safety meetings, and take safety classes, as needed
  • Responsible for filling out equipment report before usage
  • Responsible for meeting operational efficiency goals and benchmarks
  • Forklift and Riding Jack Skills
  • Loading Truck Skills
  • Lift and push more than 50 lbs.
  • Operate other warehouse equipment, as needed
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Physical Requirements:

  • You must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment
  • The ability to stand or walk an entire shift (8-10-12 hours)
