As one of our Warehouse/Forklift Operators, your main role would be the shipping/tygard operations and provide additional assistance in other areas of the warehouse as needed. Additionally, you will serve as the final quality control associate for our finished products.

Position Related Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Operate a forklift efficiently and safely in daily tasks.
  • Load and unload material; stage and distribute materials in the work area.
  • Perform cycle counting raw and finished materials.
  • Display thorough knowledge of warehouse processes including production put-away and shipping
  • Participate in process improvement geared toward resolving and sustaining solutions in areas identified as deficient or inefficient
  • Other duties as assigned (i.e. backup of for other positions in the department, etc.).

Education and Additional Skills

  • General Education, Diploma
  • Possess ability to work scheduled shift and overtime, weekends, and/ or flexible hours as needed.
  • Must have initiative and accountability for the quality and effectiveness of their own work.
  • Ability to climb, bend and lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Maintain and adhere to all GMP and safety requirements
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Become certified to operate Powered Industrial Equipment
