Job Description

This position is in a fast-paced, order fulfillment atmosphere. Associates will be expected to stand on an assembly line for the entire shift. Depending on where an associate is located on the assembly line they could be asked to load the line with material, glue boxes, push products, stack pallets, and anything else required by leadership. Associates must also maintain a safe and clean area and accurately perform the daily task. Display and encourage teamwork and maintain a positive working relationship with all employees. Communicate effectively with peers, leads, and members of management. Employees must comply with both Capstone and client best practices, policies, and procedures. Maintain thoroughness and attention to detail, with an ability to adhere to a timeline to ensure success, and have individual self-discipline with a strong work ethic. And you must be able to work overtime and work on weekends if the operational demands require.

Requirements

Must be able to move up to 50lbs

Must be able to reliably commute to and from work

Must be able to work well with others, take direction from leadership, and maintain a safe and clean area

Must be able to work 8-12 hours

Site-Specific Special Requirements

Must have the ability to stand and work for the entire shift

Must be capable of standing and walking for long periods of time

Must be able to work overtime and work on weekends if the operational demands require.

Manual dexterity is required for operating machinery and equipment Ability to up to 50 lbs. consistently
