Oceanic Counseling Group is seeking a licensed Virtual Therapist to provide telehealth services to clients across South Carolina during evening and/or weekend hours.

This position is ideal for clinicians looking to supplement their income with flexible hours while maintaining autonomy over their schedule.

Position Details

  • Fully remote (telehealth only)
  • 1099 Independent Contractor
  • 5–15 hours of weekly availability
  • You choose your days and time blocks
  • Evening and/or weekend availability required

Requirements

  • Must live in South Carolina
  • Active, unrestricted SC license (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT, etc.)
  • Must be currently credentialed and in-network with:
  • BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina
  • Cigna
  • United Healthcare
  • Professional liability insurance
  • Strong clinical documentation skills
  • Comfortable providing telehealth services

About Us

Oceanic Counseling Group is a large outpatient mental health practice that currently has clinical locations in Greenville, Columbia, Irmo, Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, Murrells Inlet, Surfside Beach, Anderson and North Charleston, as well as an administrative office in Surfside Beach, SC. We schedule hundreds of NEW patient appointments each month and have a dedicated scheduling department to assist with scheduling needs. You will also have a dedicated account representative for your location to help with billing and patient support.
