Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Virtual Airline Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling airline tickets and travel packages to customers through online platforms, phone calls, and email communications. You will assist clients in finding the best travel options, ensuring excellent customer service while maximizing sales opportunities. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for the travel industry, strong sales skills, and the ability to work in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell airline tickets, vacation packages, and additional travel services to customers.
  • Assist clients in booking flights, making changes, and handling cancellations or rebookings.
  • Provide detailed information on flight schedules, pricing, and travel policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with airline partners and travel service providers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Identify and analyze customer travel needs to offer tailored solutions.
