At Chathams Small Animal Hospital we are looking for an Experienced Veterinary Assistant who wants to grow their career with a thriving team-centered practice. Our ideal team member is passionate about animal wellness, has the ability to play a vital role in providing quality medicine, is service-oriented, and thrives in a busy environment. They will feel confident rooming patients, assisting in surgery, placing IV catheters, drawing blood and running bloodwork, have experience with proper animal handling, understand x-ray and positioning, have knowledge of laboratory equipment, capitalize on client education, and know the importance of being a supportive team player. This thriving practice is looking for an experienced, hands-on Experienced Veterinary Assistant to assist in training and growth. The veterinary industry is constantly advancing, and we encourage and support our staff to do the same.

Pay Range per hour: $18 - $21

Sign On bonus Eligibility: up to $1500 based on experience and skillset

  • 1+ years as a Veterinary Assistant in a clinical setting
