Title: 🚫 Beginners Do Not Apply — Senior Twitter / X Growth & Funnel Strategist

Description:

We’re hiring a Twitter / X operator, not a “social media manager.”

This role is for someone who understands X at a systems level — algorithm cycles, posting velocity, replies-as-distribution, community seeding, shadow suppression, and funneling traffic without killing reach.

You’ll be using X as a primary acquisition and funnel channel for a large female gymnast creator with an established audience and monetization goals.

If your experience is limited to “posting threads” or “scheduling tweets,” this is not for you.

You should already know how to:

• Grow accounts organically on X (2024–2025 algorithm, not old playbooks)

• Use replies, quote tweets, and community dynamics for distribution

• Avoid reach suppression and account flags

• Build parasocial engagement without looking manufactured

• Funnel traffic from X → other platforms/offers cleanly

• Analyze performance and iterate fast

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a Twitter / X growth strategy

• Daily content direction (tweets, threads, reply strategy)

• Community engagement and visibility scaling

• Funnel optimization from X traffic

• Ongoing testing, iteration, and reporting

Requirements (non-negotiable):

• Proven experience growing Twitter / X accounts

• Clear understanding of current X algorithm mechanics

• Ability to explain past wins with metrics

• Experience working with creators or personal brands

Nice to have:

• Experience in fitness, gymnastics, or female-led creator brands

• Experience monetizing traffic from X

To apply, you MUST include:

1. Accounts you’ve grown or managed (links required)

2. Metrics (growth, reach, CTR, conversions)

3. How you would use X as a funnel for a creator brand

Generic applications will be ignored.

This is a long-term role for an operator who knows how to win on X.
