Be a part of the best tree care service company in New England! Tree Tech Inc. is looking to hire a groundsman.

Tree Tech Inc. was founded in 1986 and has since developed into a well-known and respected company throughout eastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We are looking to expand our current team of stellar employees to provide quality tree and shrub services to residential, commercial, and utility properties in the area. Our great crews get to work outside on beautiful properties, year-round; we work hard, but we have fun doing it! The results we produce show our commitment to our jobs and our clients!

We pride ourselves on our top-notch safety practices and policies, as well as our accreditations by the Tree Care Industry Association, our many Certified Arborists on staff, our State-of-the-Art equipment, and our on-the-job training programs that can help interested individuals get on a great career path in the tree service industry. Our 25,000 square foot facility, is conveniently located just off of Routes 95 and 140 in Foxboro.

Tree Tech, Inc. is looking to hire skilled and safety-conscious groundskeepers to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist tree climbers in the removal of trees and trimming of branches
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders
  • Perform general maintenance of trees and shrubs, including pruning and fertilizing
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Experience in tree care or related field (preferred)
  • Ability to operate and maintain equipment (preferred)
  • Strong commitment to safety
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Tree care: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Utility experience (Preferred)
