Seven Healthcare is seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week local per-diem assignment in Bowie, Maryland, offering $256 per day. This role consists of 8-hour shifts in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). Primary Responsibilities of the LPN:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents following care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments according to facility protocols
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes promptly
  • Accurately document observations, vitals, and care provided
  • Support CNAs with ADLs and collaborate effectively with the care team
  • Maintain infection control standards and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Deliver compassionate care that prioritizes resident comfort and dignity

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Active LPN license in Maryland (required)
  • Current BLS certification (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
