Job Description:

Beeline Travel, LLC is seeking a remote Travel Coordinator to assist clients with planning and reserving vacation travel. This position focuses on researching travel options, coordinating reservations with approved suppliers, and supporting clients throughout the booking process.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and coordinate vacation travel arrangements
  • Communicate with clients to gather trip details and present options
  • Process and review reservations for accuracy
  • Maintain organized client records and follow-up communication
  • Complete required supplier training related to booking procedures

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using web-based systems, email, and standard computer tools
  • Reliable internet access and ability to work independently

Experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, or travel is preferred but not required.

Schedule:

This is a remote position with flexible working hours based on client needs and booking activity.

Compensation:

This opportunity is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role.
Compensation is earned through completed travel bookings and varies based on individual activity.

Annual earnings typically fall within the listed range, and some new advisors may earn less while establishing a client base. There is no hourly wage or guaranteed salary.
