Qualifies guest needs, and provides ticketing solutions in a personal, timely manner. Works closely with other departments to ensure a great guest experience. Answers questions regarding the services and products available at Mammoth. Balances drawer at the end of the shift. Requirements: Guest service experience required. Money handling experience preferred.
