Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Telemedicine Consultations: Leverage our HIPAA-compliant video interface to conduct patient consultations from the comfort of your home.
  • Patient Care & Education: Provide outstanding service and care to both men and women in midlife, offering guidance on perimenopause, menopause, and other common midlife health challenges; if desired, also treat men seeking hormone optimization.
  • Treatment Planning: Review lab results, discuss potential treatment options, and create individualized care plans that focus on overall health and hormonal balance.
  • Medication Management: Titrate medications based on patient outcomes, prescribe medications as clinically appropriate, and ensure safe prescribing practices for Schedule III controlled substances when necessary.
  • Feedback & Collaboration: Work closely with our team, sharing insights to continually improve the patient experience and our telemedicine platform.

Qualifications

  • Time Commitment:
    • Available a minimum of 10 hours/week for consultations, ideally 12-15 hours or more.
  • Licensure & Credentials:
    • MD or DO with a valid medical license in one or more states (multi-state licenses are a huge plus!). 
    • DEA license with authority to prescribe Testosterone, and Schedule III medications
  • Clinical & Communication Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on physician-patient interaction.
    • Intellectually curious and always striving to improve patient outcomes.
  • Tech Savviness:
    • Comfortable with technology and video consultations, or eager to learn.
  • Hormone Optimization Focus:
    • You have a deep, profound care for hormone optimization and helping patients achieve their best health.
  • Motivation & Drive:
    • A self-starter who thrives in innovative, mission-driven environments and values continuous learning.
