Description: Job Title: Team Member Employment Type: Part-time Job Summary: As a Team Member at Circle K, you are the face of the store and play a vital role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including those related to alcohol sales. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Assist with purchases and answer product-related questions. • Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Store Operations • Stock shelves, coolers, and displays. • Maintain cleanliness of the store, including restrooms and parking areas. • Receive and verify deliveries. Alcohol Sales • Verify age and ID for all alcohol purchases. • Follow state and company policies regarding alcohol handling and sales. • Maintain secure storage and accurate inventory of alcohol products. Safety & Compliance • Follow all safety procedures and company policies. • Report any safety hazards or incidents to management. • Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards. Team Collaboration • Work cooperatively with team members and management. • Participate in team meetings and training sessions. • Support store promotions and events.
