We have a new opportunity available for a full-time Survey Operations Data Engineer to join us in our mission of reaching 35M survey participants by 2035 Are you the wizard who makes Python scripts dance and ETL processes purr like kittens? What You'll Do • Build and develop Python scripts for automated data processing and contact list management • Create and optimize ETL processes for client contact lists ensuring reliable survey delivery • Automate survey deployment workflows across multiple channels (email, SMS, and paper/mail merge) • Configure and enhance CRM workflow rules and database integrations • Develop automated validation systems to ensure data accuracy and troubleshoot processing errors • Optimize survey delivery rates through technical analysis and process improvements • Implement database management solutions for contact list processing and validation • Engineer automated solutions that streamline survey operations and reduce manual intervention What you bring to the table (required qualifications): • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or 3+ years of relevant professional experience • Python scripting expertise for automation and data processing workflows • Advanced Excel skills with complex data manipulation and analysis capabilities • Database and ETL experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading processes • CRM workflow configuration abilities and automation experience • Strong systematic thinking with data-driven problem-solving approach • Process optimization mindset with ability to identify and implement technical improvements • Proven ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities and deadlines • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills for cross-functional coordination What's in it for you (comp & benefits): • Competitive salary depending on experience. • A comprehensive suite of benefits including medical/dental/vision coverage (with fully paid employee medical coverage after 5 years), life insurance, gym reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, maternity/paternity leave, vacation time, and more. • Generous paid time off with 15.5 paid holidays plus Birthday Friday and 2 Rest & Reprieve days.
