Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain relationships with key vendors. Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products to customers. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for supply chain management. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the supply chain process. Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Manage and motivate a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to supply chain management. Continuously monitor and mitigate supply chain risks, such as disruptions in the supply chain or shortages of key products.
