<p style="text-align:left"><u><b>Pay Range</b></u></p>$23.50 - $33.16<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b><u><span>Purpose:</span></u></b></p><p>The Supervisor – Warehouse Operations, will provide leadership and supervision for all warehouse operational activities including the safe movement and storage of goods and oversee activities related to order filling and stock replenishment.</p><p></p><p><b><u><span>Minimum Eligibility Requirements:</span></u></b></p><ul><li>Two to four years of relevant work experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred and experience leading a team of 10 or more direct reports</li><li>Proven track record of delivering results, managing processes, and continuous improvement</li><li>Excellent problem solving and analytical skills</li><li>Working knowledge of warehouse safety rules strongly preferred</li><li>Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure</li><li>Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Warehouse Management System experience preferred</li><li>Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to work independently, and/or within a team, across all levels and diverse cultures, and the ability to lead team projects</li><li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Must pass pre-employment background check</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>Essential Job Functions:</span></u></b></p><ul><li>Supervise a team of 20 or more employees and their workflow to ensure maximum service levels are maintained.</li><li>Participate in reviews, performance management and recognition for employees.</li><li>Coach, train, and mentor Distribution Center (DC) team members in the areas of productivity, quality, and safety.</li><li>Update reports for warehouse use and manage teams’ performance</li><li>Ability to understand and help slot the DC based on company inventory and picking strategies.</li><li>Handle and resolve conflict, process team member requests, engage team members proactively and lead team building activities.</li><li>Update status of daily tasks, manage reports, team member assessments, issues or concerns, equipment status.</li><li>Monitor activities performed and redirect workflow to appropriate work centers to balance workloads</li><li>Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods</li><li>Ensure efficient warehouse flow and planning of daily task activities</li><li>Maintain clean, safe, efficient work environment</li><li>Other duties may be assigned as appropriate and in accordance with business needs</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>W</u></b><b><u><span>orking Conditions (travel & environment)</span></u></b></p><ul><li>This position is hourly, knowing it may include hours which exceed eight hours in a day or forty hours in a week.  Working hours are subject to change due to business needs and working am and/or pm flexible shifts.</li><li>Occasional travel required including air and car travel</li><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles.  The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u><span>PHYSICAL/SENSORY</span>    <span>REQUIREMENTS</span></u></b></p><p>Medium Work – Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.  The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel.
