Summary

Lead and develop all sales and operations of a luxury retail store to meet sales and profitability targets while delivering exceptional client experiences. Act as an inspiring, decisive leader who builds a high performing, inclusive team and partners with market leadership to drive business growth and brand presence in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead store sales and operations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Develop and motivate managers and team members to drive client development and sales performance.
  • Manage key client relationships and personally deliver memorable service moments.
  • Coach the team on the selling ceremony and maintain a consistent guest experience on the sales floor.
  • Identify business opportunities and implement actions to increase lifetime client loyalty and spend.
  • Hire, develop, and retain talent while fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Create development plans and provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and performance management.
  • Optimize hospitality and store amenities to enhance the in-store experience.
  • Collaborate with market leadership to build spheres of influence within the mall and local community.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
  • Proven track record of sales generation and meeting sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point of sale and client tracking systems.
  • Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships to grow brand penetration.
  • Willingness to perform various roles on the sales floor and in operations as needed.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • College or university degree preferred.
