As a Sr. Manager of Marketing and Campaign Operations you will:

  • Ensure marketing data is being properly collected and connected with systems.
  • Oversee the safeguarding of data via data cleansing and data privacy best practices.
  • Maintain workflow processes by coordinating information and requirements with other corporate operations teams.
  • Nurture the health of our marketing tech stack via continual auditing of its scalability, predictability, and efficiency of operations. 

As a manager and senior member of the marketing organization, this role will also:

  • Lead an internal team and agencies from a resource, operations process, planning, performance, improvement and project management point of view.
  • Communicate clear job expectations, assign tasks, create and document processes, and provide mentorship and back-up support as needed.
  • Participate and provide resources to business improvement teams and projects.
  • Create and maintain team process documents.
  • Prepare reports and make recommendations to management and executive levels.
  • Maximize marketing dollars with campaign optimization and experimentation. 

What YOU bring to the team: 

  • 5+ years professional hands-on experience with campaign management.
  • 4+ years using CRM.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing and executing data-centric customer journeys across multiple brands and audiences.
  • Understanding of the B2B lead funnel, funnel metrics and strategies to optimize lead conversions.
  • Proven track record of managing cross-platform digital projects with large groups of distributed stakeholders and project team members.
  • Strong team player, willing and able to lead as well as step in, roll up your sleeves, and do the work.
  • Strong ability to build relationships, foster trust, and develop shared understanding.
  • Detail oriented self-starter with strong organizational skills and the flexibility to multi-task across projects with varying deadlines.
  • Extensive experience and expertise in CRM solutions and marketing automation.
  • A passion for data and metrics including lead scoring, ROI reporting, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse group of individuals, across cultures, time zones and subject matter expertise.
  • A naturally curious nature that is able to analyze large data sets to identify trends, behaviors and gaps in opportunities to help us continue to grow.
  • At ease working autonomously.
