Develop new skills, learn several aspects of the entire enterprise, and be challenged in their operational thinking.<br><br><strong>Benefits you can count on: </strong><br><ul><li><strong>Pay rate: $120,000 to $140,000 per year.</strong></li><li><strong>This role is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan with a target incentive of 17.5% of your base annual salary.</strong></li><li>Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance </li><li>Paid time off begins day one.</li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.</li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more!</li></ul><br><strong>What you'll do as a Sr Change Agent-Continuous Improvement: </strong><br><ul><li>Partner with division leadership teams to drive change management across the company.</li><li>Develop and enhance tools (e.g., performance dashboard, production planning tool, etc.), systems, and processes (e.g., daily huddles, process confirmations, etc.) for roll-out across the enterprise.</li><li>Lead manager capability building sessions and coach frontline leaders on how best to leverage tools to drive performance. </li><li>Track impact of change and resolve unforeseen issues when necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other safety standards. </li><li>Ensure that warehousing and transportation procedures offer the cost-effective solutions that will drive profitability.</li><li>Facilitate communication within the management team.</li><li>Track, trend and modify key performance indicators.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications you'll bring as a Sr Change Agent-Continuous Improvement: </strong><br><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field.</li><li>Ten or more years of experience in all facets of outbound/outbound transportation and warehousing.</li><li>Experience as a McLane leader highly preferred. </li><li>Ability to influence others and act with authority. Earn the trust of others and confront the difficult situations through coaching, mutual respect, and candor.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships, communicate effectively, demonstrate empathy, provide constructive criticism, and deal with conflict management.</li><li>Excellent understanding of warehouse and transportation systems/processes.</li><li>Must be willing to take risks such as challenging status quo and making suggestions to benefit McLane.</li><li>Must display leadership characteristics to engage, excite, and influence others to adopt the changes being presented.</li><li>Must display a willingness to adapt to different personal styles.</li><li>Knowledge of using mainframe computer software related to warehouse and transportation operations.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint experience.</li><li>Strong SQL or similar query language skills preferred. </li><li>Strong data analytics, reporting, and visualization skills preferred. </li><li>Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred. </li><li>Ability to develop and analyze reports, document processes, create procedure manuals, and communicate effectively internally and externally.</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical engineered labor standards.</li><li>Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from executives, managers, customers, vendors, and teammates.</li><li>Must be able to spend considerable amounts of time on the floor of a distribution center and transportation office and ability to work at various heights via multi-level mezzanines.</li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
