Position Summary<br><br>Contractor<br><br><em>Remote<br><br></em>Work you'll do<br><br>We are seeking a highly motivated, adaptable <strong>Licensing Contractor</strong> to support <strong>Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB)</strong> customers through high-volume, technology-enabled <strong>self-declaration licensing reviews</strong> and related cyber services. This role focuses on <strong>compliance assurance</strong>, <strong>customer insights</strong> using benchmarks and segmentation, and <strong>revenue impact</strong> through high-quality engagements. Training and support will be provided; success requires strong ownership, pace, and professionalism.<br><br><strong>Roles And Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Manage a defined portfolio of SMB (Small and Medium Sized Business) customers, ensuring timely, consistent engagement.</li><li>Conduct self-declaration licensing reviews at scale across new and existing service offerings.</li><li>Collect, validate, analyze, and interpret software licensing/compliance data (Excel-heavy).</li><li>Generate tailored insights using industry benchmarks and customer segmentation.</li><li>Proactively identify potential compliance issues and recommend remediation steps.</li><li>Provide clear, actionable customer guidance to meet licensing expectations and optimize usage.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Contribute to revenue growth by meeting/exceeding KPIs through effective engagements.</li><li>Identify improvement opportunities in processes, templates, and delivery approach.</li><li>Manage multiple concurrent workstreams and prioritize to deadlines and quality standards.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills; Excel proficiency required (e.g., pivots, lookups, data cleansing).</li><li>Proactive, self-directed, adaptable; committed to continuous learning.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively.</li><li>Fluent English (written and spoken).</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Skills & Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Technical background (software, IT, cybersecurity, legal) or sales/customer-facing experience with technical aptitude.</li><li>Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT compliance, cybersecurity, or customer success.</li><li>Certifications (e.g., Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)) are a plus.<br><br></li></ul><strong>The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $25- $30 per hour.</strong><strong> </strong><strong> The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.<br><br></strong><strong>Candidates interested in applying for this opportunity must be geographically based in the United States and must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship</strong>.<br><br><strong>We do not accept agency resumes and are not responsible for any fees related to unsolicited resumes.<br><br></strong><strong>Deloitte is not the employer for this role. <br><br></strong><strong>This work is contracted through a third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.<br><br></strong>#Remote<br><br>Expected Work Schedule<br><br>Approximate hours per week<br><br><strong>About Deloitte<br><br></strong>Our inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
