SR Strategy Consultant

Location: Remote, ability to work PST hours

What You’ll Do

  • Provide senior strategic leadership and execution support
  • Support policy alignment, financing pathways, stakeholder engagement, and country-level execution to strengthen political commitment and resource mobilization outcomes.
  • Update and adjust workplans to reflect new opportunities, sequencing decisions, and priority shifts during the six-month period.
  • Maintain a portfolio-level view of workstreams to inform decision-making, surface risks, and reduce fragmentation.
  • Lead coordination with advocacy partners, donors, and country counterparts to align messaging, engagement strategy, and sequencing, reinforcing brand identity and value proposition across priority markets.

What You’ll Bring

  • Senior experience in global health, development finance, or public‑sector advisory roles, with demonstrated work supporting governments, donors, and multilateral or philanthropic organizations on policy alignment, financing, and political commitment initiatives.
  • Proven track record leading resource mobilization, partnership engagement, or advocacy efforts, including coordinating across donors, foundations, advocacy partners, and country stakeholders to advance funding and commitment outcomes.
  • Experience driving complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives at the country and portfolio level, with the ability to synthesize inputs, manage dependencies, and translate strategy into structured plans, decision briefs, and execution support.
  • Strong strategic advisory and execution background, including serving as a trusted thought partner to senior leaders, supporting prioritization and trade‑off decisions, and ensuring follow‑through across governance, planning, and partner engagements.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this role, the targeted hourly pay range is $165-$175/HR. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
