About the Job: The ServiceNow Developer plays a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that support healthcare operations and IT service management. This role focuses on translating clinical and administrative business needs into scalable, secure, and maintainable applications within the ServiceNow platform. The Developer works in close collaboration with the ServiceNow Architect and System Administrator to ensure that platform enhancements align with ITIL principles and organizational goals. Please know that we do require each candidate to participate in completing the Epic Sphinx test as part of our consideration process. What You’ll Do: • Design, build, and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on healthcare-specific requirements • Customize forms, user interface policies, business rules, client scripts, and notifications • Develop and maintain service catalog items and request workflows for clinical and administrative use cases • Implement integrations between ServiceNow and external healthcare systems • Automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency • Ensure secure and compliant data exchange across integrated platforms • Maintain accurate documentation for developed solutions, configurations, and procedures • Ensure compliance with internal governance, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulations • Support audit and reporting activities related to platform usage and change history • And more Who You Are: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, or related field (4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree in addition to experience below) Licensure/Certification: ServiceNow System Administrator or Application Developer Certification, Required Experience: 3+ years of Service Now administration experience, preferably in a healthcare environment, Required Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow architecture, Required Why You’ll Love Us: • Health, dental, prescription, and vision coverage for full-time & part-time employees • Short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage • Competitive pay • Tuition Reimbursement • 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan And more!
