Oversee and maintain all technical aspects of the Walt Disney Theater, including lighting, sound, and video equipment. Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless execution of performances and events. Train and mentor junior technicians on proper equipment usage and safety protocols. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during performances. Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Keep updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continually improve the theater experience for guests. Manage inventory and purchasing of necessary equipment and supplies. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to provide a safe environment for guests and staff. Communicate effectively with other departments and teams to coordinate technical needs for performances.
