Role summary Join Brightree to modernize how HME providers run resupply at scale. As a Sr. Technical Product Manager (TPM) on SNAP Resupply, you'll turn product strategy into shipped capabilities that reduce touches per order and shorten cycle time from patient intent to fulfillment readiness. You'll own the work that moves the numbers automation rate, exception rate by delivering resilient, auditable workflows that customers love. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, QA, Design, Compliance, Services, and Customers to define problems, write crisp requirements, workflow delivery, and prove impact with data. What you'll own * Outcomes: Set and hit targets for automation rate, first-pass clean orders, touches per order, and cycle time; maintain KPI dashboards and drive post-launch reviews. * Backlog & releases: Run refinement, sprint planning, and releases; create clear user stories & acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and rollouts with feature flags/guardrails. * Discovery: Interview provider staff and ops leaders, map journeys (eligibility → documentation completeness → order orchestration → fulfillment readiness), run usability tests, and analyze funnels to prioritize the next 10% lift. * Quality & compliance: Meet HIPAA requirements, maintain audit trails for automated decisions, and drive accessibility and reliability with Engineering. * Operational readiness. Partner with Services/Support on runbooks, enablement, and release notes so customers and field teams adopt changes smoothly. * Drive cross-team delivery with urgency and clear ownership. Qualifications * 5+ years as a PM/PO/TPM shipping B2B SaaS (web/mobile) with a strong delivery track record. * Proven ability to write requirements, workflow diagrams, and acceptance criteria that de-risk builds. * Analytics fluency and hands-on experimentation experience (A/B, flags). * Excellent collaboration with Engineering, Design, QA, Compliance, and Customer teams; crisp, executive-ready communication. * Familiar with healthcare IT concepts (HIPAA/BAA, auditability), as well as CRM workflows * SQL proficiency * Code literacy (strongly preferred): can read and discuss code at a high level * Evidence of being an AI 1st Technical Product Manager * Work with other Product Managers and TPMs in the Brightree and Resmed organization. * Responsible for story reviews, work closely with engineering team to define sprint work. * Consider adding troubleshooting issues as part of the Support process. * Successful beta test scripts and participate in Launch Process.
