About the position Deepki, leading the way in ESG for real estate stakeholders and accelerating the transition towards net zero and sustainability, is seeking an exceptionally driven Associate Manager to join our NY Office. The Consultant will manage and monitor the deployment of our platform for complex US and Global clients, adopting a hands-on approach to project management process stages. This role is pivotal in deploying our Sustainability platform for our US clients and contributing to the overall success of Deepki in the US market. Responsibilities • Support the deployment of the SaaS platform for our Global and US clients by coordinating multifunctional project teams. • Act as a liaison between client functional entities (IT, Learning, ESG, etc.) and Deepki teams, streamline communication and ensure alignment with deployment goals. • Ensure the execution of the project global strategy and propose efficiency and business-oriented operating processes. • Participate in the technical implementation of the platform, translating client needs into technical functionalities. • Conduct comprehensive data collection, identifying both existing and new data sources, and advocate for their seamless integration into our platform. • Get involved in understanding the client's priorities, encompassing frameworks, and reporting requirements. • Translate client priorities into actionable steps within the deployment strategy and contribute to the continuous improvement of Deepki's roadmap. • Develop internal knowledge by leading some Sustainability Expertise initiatives: market monitoring, knowledge building and sharing, Product evolutions advocacy. • Coordinate collaborative efforts between different Deepki teams, including Customer Solution Engineering (CSE), Customer Success Management (CSM), and Product teams. • Foster effective communication and collaboration to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to client deployment. • Lead junior team members in their career journey in the company. • Apply the internal information systems security policy. • Report all security incidents. • Apply operating procedures. Requirements • Master's degree in Engineering or Business. • Excellent English level, Intermediate Spanish ideal. • 4+ years of experience in management consulting overseeing the deployment of complex IT projects. • Project management skills with the ability to coordinate an IT deployment with multiple stakeholders and multiple streams. • Outstanding proactiveness and autonomy as well as analytical and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on approach to operational aspects, implementation, execution, testing and roll-out. • Ability to engage all types of stakeholders, from 'boots on the ground' end-users to C-suite. • Pioneering mindset and eagerness to participate in the construction of a team and the foundation of our US activities. • Passion for the environmental transition. • Fit with Deepki's values: Trust, Care and Act.
