We’re looking for a dedicated Senior Revenue Strategy & Insights Analyst (Marketing) to partner with PandaDoc’s global marketing leadership team. You will analyze marketing performance across multiple channels, identify opportunities to improve the self-serve and sales-led funnels, and develop data-driven insights. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support across various leadership cadences, including monthly marketing presentations, QBRs, revenue status meetings, budget/ROI meetings and core leadership meetings. You will also play a key role in crafting compelling data-driven stories and building presentations that influence strategic marketing and growth decisions. Success in the first year will be measured by an improvement in marketing-sourced pipeline velocity through funnel optimization. We embrace a 'test and learn' mentality, requiring comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to problem-solving. In this role, you will: • Provide dedicated support to the SVP, Marketing and marketing leadership. • Analyze key marketing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to expansion and retention. • Proactively seek out new opportunities to improve and optimize marketing processes and funnels based on insights. • Own the weekly and monthly reporting cadence, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for leadership. • Build and maintain data-driven presentations for various leadership meetings, including monthly marketing presentations, QBRs, and revenue status meetings. • Track, analyze, and report on marketing spend and ROI to inform budget allocation and optimization decisions. • Work collaboratively with the GTM and Product analytics teams to align on data sources and reporting standards. About you: • 5+ years of experience as a marketing or business analyst in a SAAS company with a focus on marketing attribution and pipeline generation. • Hands-on experience with core MarTech platforms: Salesforce CRM, Marketo/HubSpot, and arenaflex Analytics 4. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Highly independent and proactive, a self-starter who can take ownership of projects and work closely with senior leaders without direct daily supervision. • Proficiency with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Hex). • Experience working with a hybrid growth model.
