What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment Review restaurant, distribution, and supplier facility food safety audits to ensure that all restaurants and approved suppliers follow Cracker Barrel standards and comply with Cracker Barrel Quality Assurance requirements. Create and maintain product specifications to ensure all new and existing products have established and documented product specifications. Execute audit plans and conducts product compliance audits. Monitors product compliance audits to ensure adherence to product specifications. Report product and supplier performance to internal stake holders. Ensure suppliers are continuously up to date on all food safety requirements and product KPI data reporting. Evaluate product complaints and compliance issues from stores and develops solutions. Maintain database to ensure it is current and accurate. Liaison between the store and supplier regarding quality issues. Supervise and monitor 3rd party supplier auditing firms contracted by CBOCS. Maintain knowledge of applicable laws. Conduct cross-grades on health inspections and reports results to stakeholders. Analyze third party food safety audit and pest service data and report results to stakeholders. Assist with maintenance of field HACCP plans. Cook and serve various fried, grilled and baked items for cross-functional team reviews. Collaborate with the Corporate Pest Service Representative about pest and service-related concerns. Support stores on improvement measures for a Food Safety culture. Participate in store audits when opportunities arise. pest activity and trends. Prepares a four monthly comparison report utilizing Tableau for management of pest activity and trends by Region, District and Store level. Generate weekly structural issues report for Company Field Service Managers. Work with outside third-party auditing firms on company updates and generating reports. Maintains spreadsheet for Restaurant and Facility Services Alignment changes within the organization that is supplied to third party auditing firm and pest service providers. Monitor third party pest activity and trends utilizing a Hot List dashboard. Assist Retail Manager, when needed, with Everyday and Seasonal product complaints, concerns, and follow up with suppliers. Responsibility for department directory profile updates. Notifies Risk Management of complaints from health inspections. Focus on You We're all about making sure you're taken care of too.
