What You’ll Do

As a Senior Manager, P&C Claims, you’ll lead a team of managers while shaping the future of our claims organization through strong leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Your impact will include:

  • Leading and developing a team of managers and supervisors, fostering growth, engagement, and succession readiness

  • Overseeing claims administration, adjudication, compliance, litigation, and liability management across multiple business lines

  • Partnering cross‑functionally to support strategic initiatives, including new lines of business, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiencies

  • Ensuring consistent, compliant, and high‑quality claim handling aligned with regulatory guidelines

  • Using data, audits, and trend analysis to improve outcomes, quality, and productivity

  • Creating an inclusive, communicative, and well‑structured organization with clear performance standards and accountability

  • Staying ahead of industry trends and thoughtfully integrating innovations that improve both customer and employee experience

What Makes You a Great Fit

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property claims management

  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory/management experience including coaching and developing of employees. 

  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing people leaders

  • Strong knowledge of P&C claims operations, compliance, and regulatory standards

  • P&C Adjuster license or ability to obtain within 30 days.  

Preferred Experience & Strengths

  • Advanced technical claims expertise with a strategic mindset

  • Experience leading change, improving processes, and influencing across teams

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels

  • A coaching‑oriented leadership style focused on empowerment and development

Salary Range:

$103,800 - $173,300
