Senior Manager, Product - Retail Payments - New York, NY or Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our non-cash retail payments infrastructure, the digital rails that enable customers to send and receive money across bank accounts, cards, and wallets worldwide.

In this role, you will define the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for scaling and optimizing our payments integrations with banks, networks, and fintech partners. You will ensure our infrastructure is reliable, compliant, and cost-efficient, enabling seamless money movement across corridors and enhancing customer trust in our global remittance platform.

This role is critical to building the next generation of digital payments infrastructure, ensuring that our retail products are powered by strong, scalable, and innovative non-cash payment capabilities.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Own the product vision and roadmap for non-cash retail payments infrastructure (bank transfers, debit/credit cards, real-time payments, wallets).
  • Identify market opportunities, regulatory shifts, and new technologies to expand and strengthen payment capabilities.
  • Lead the end-to-end rollout of new non-cash payment integrations with banks, PSPs, processors, and card networks.
  • Drive platform scalability and reliability, ensuring uptime, resiliency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and improve KPIs such as authorization rates, transaction success rates, settlement speed, and processing costs.
  • Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Operations, Finance, and regional business teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with local regulations and business priorities.
  • Serve as the SME for non-cash payment infrastructure, driving alignment across teams and geographies.


Role Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience of product management experience in Financial Services, preferably payments.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economic, or related field.
  • 5+ years experience in payments, product strategy, fintech operations, or consulting.
  • Deep understanding of the global payments landscape, including cards, ACH, real-time payments, wallets, and cross-border rails.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and drive complex initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using data to drive decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, a robust technological background, and an understanding of business processes.

Salary

The base salary range is $160,000 - $217,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
