Job Overview

As a Senior Manager of Compliance and Regulatory you will assist with client relationship management, resolve client issues, manage multiple projects, organize timelines with various departments, and consult with clients on process improvements. Also, as part of our Compliance team, you will be cross trained to manage projects on our Mergers & Acquisitions team as well.

The ideal candidate will have a deep working knowledge of Hospice, Home Health and Home Care billing and regulatory requirements. Prior work experience auditing for billing compliance, regulatory compliance in these spaces, as well as project management experience handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities :
  • Maintain close relationships with existing accounts.
  • Project Management of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinates with Company departments to optimize client satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Conducts in-service training and education for clients.
  • Performs billing or regulatory audits, as needed
  • Meets with clients to host monthly conference calls/ meetings.

Qualifications :
  • Currently Licensed as a Registered Nurse
  • Coding (HCS-D or BCHH-C) and OASIS (COQS, COSC, or HCS-O) is Recommended
  • EMR knowledge within home health and hospice industry.
  • QA/ Auditing experience.
  • Knowledge of home health and hospice regulation and compliance.

Physical Requirements:
  • Activities require a significant amount of sitting at office and work desks in front of a computer monitor.
  • Regularly required to verbally communicate, listen, and give presentations as needed.
