## Key Responsibilities: 📍Lead and manage the data science and analytics team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities. 📍Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to define data-driven strategies and priorities (how can data be used to drive 10x business impact?) and set the data science roadmap, optimizing for impact. 📍Drive collaboration between data science + product/eng to deliver insights that drive current product development and help to prioritize future product roadmap items. 📍Ensure high quality, timely work by the data science team that is translated in the most impactful way to stakeholders. 📍Design and execute experiments to measure the impact of new product features and initiatives. 📍Establish and maintain scalable processes for data collection, preprocessing, modeling, and analysis. 📍Communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner on regular basis that allows insights to inform actions on an ongoing basis. 📍Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, AI, and blockchain technology, and apply them to enhance our products and services. ## Requirements: 📍Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field. 📍Proven experience (12+ years) in a data science or analytics role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. 📍Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. 📍Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks 📍Deep understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets is highly desirable. 📍Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. 📍Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. **Looking for your next challenge?
