<b>Position Summary...</b><br>Sam's Club is evolving how members receive the products they love-whether shipped to home, delivered from a local club, or routed through our partner network. As the Senior Manager, Business Operations Ecommerce - Big & Bulky Fulfillment, you will be accountable for the transformation, day-to-day performance and continuous improvement of the Big & Bulky Ship-to-Home and shipping channel, ensuring orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively.<br><br>This role plays a critical part in executing Sam's Club's fulfillment strategy. You will focus on optimizing current operations, improving routing and carrier performance, and driving measurable gains in speed, cost, and quality.
