Position Summary... Sam's Club is evolving how members receive the products they love-whether shipped to home, delivered from a local club, or routed through our partner network. As the Senior Manager, Business Operations Ecommerce - Big & Bulky Fulfillment, you will be accountable for the transformation, day-to-day performance and continuous improvement of the Big & Bulky Ship-to-Home and shipping channel, ensuring orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. This role plays a critical part in executing Sam's Club's fulfillment strategy. You will focus on optimizing current operations, improving routing and carrier performance, and driving measurable gains in speed, cost, and quality. Working closely with Directors, Site Operations, Supply Chain partners, and last-mile carriers, you'll translate strategy into action and ensure initiatives are implemented with operational rigor.
