Position OverviewCare Access is looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will act as a strategic partner to designated business units, providing expert HR guidance and support to drive business objectives. This role involves leading HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership capabilities. The Senior HRBP will work closely with senior leadership and employees at all levels to implement HR strategies that support the business’s long-term goals. What You’ll Be Working OnDuties include but not limited to:·Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. ·Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies and projects that support the overall business strategy. ·Lead or participate in cross-functional projects that drive organizational change, improve processes, and enhance employee engagement. ·Collaborate with Senior Leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives. ·Serve as a trusted advisor, providing proactive, strategic HR guidance to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and change management. ·Serve as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and practices. ·Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing appropriate recommendations. ·Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. ·Coach and mentor managers on effective leadership practices and employee management. ·Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. ·Stay informed of changes in HR laws and regulations and advise management on necessary adjustments to policies and practices. ·Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and provide insights to leadership. ·Monitor and report on key HR metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Physical and Travel Requirements·This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role. What You BringKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:·Demonstrated experience in employee relations, talent management, and strategic HR planning. ·Proven ability to lead and develop a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. ·Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. ·Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. ·Strong leadership and team management skills. ·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization. ·Strategic thinking with a deep understanding of business operations and how HR can drive business success. Certifications/Licenses, Education, and Experience:·Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification is a plus. ·Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HRBP or similar role.
