Company Description Why Process Pro (A 5-Star Diamond HubSpot Partner Agency) Process Pro Consulting is a one-stop shop for HubSpot ops — a fast-moving team that partners closely with B2B clients to drive meaningful change. We focus on what matters: real results, genuine collaboration, and work we’re proud to put our name on (and we have fun while doing it!). Our team of Pros helps businesses run smarter by building customized HubSpot solutions that enable revenue teams to maximize the platform’s full potential. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for HubSpot, loves problem-solving, and thrives in a collaborative, growth-minded environment. The right fit will value: • An always-learning, always-growing mindset • Collaboration and team focus • Kindness and integrity • Motivation and ownership Job Description If HubSpot is your home base — not just a tool you “use” — keep reading. Process Pro Consulting is looking for a Senior HubSpot Consultant who lives at the intersection of RevOps strategy, CRM architecture, and hands-on technical execution. This role is for experienced HubSpot operators who love designing smart systems, solving messy data problems, and helping B2B teams actually use their CRM as intended. This is not a plug-and-play onboarding role. You’ll work with growth-stage and enterprise B2B clients to architect, implement, and optimize complex HubSpot ecosystems across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hub. Qualifications What You’ll Do You’ll own client engagements end-to-end — from discovery to delivery — acting as both strategic advisor and technical lead. HubSpot & RevOps Work • Lead complex HubSpot implementations, migrations, and re-architecting projects • Design scalable CRM architectures across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Ops Hub • Build advanced workflows, automation, lifecycle logic, lead scoring, and routing • Create custom objects, properties, pipelines, permission sets, and governance models • Own data migrations and integrations (Salesforce, Marketo, APIs, Zapier, etc.) • Establish CRM and data hygiene standards that support reliable reporting and forecasting • Build advanced reporting and dashboards for exec, RevOps, sales, and marketing teams • Translate RevOps strategy into clean, usable HubSpot solutions Client & Consulting Responsibilities • Act as a trusted HubSpot and RevOps advisor to B2B clients • Lead discovery, solution design, and technical decision-making • Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Deliver documentation, Looms, and enablement to ensure long-term adoption • Manage project timelines, scope, and expectations proactively • Identify expansion opportunities and ongoing optimization needs within accounts Additional Information This Role Is a Fit If You: • Have 6+ years of deep, hands-on HubSpot experience (Professional & Enterprise) • Have led full implementations, migrations, or complex re-builds — not just optimizations • Come from a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops background (B2B SaaS preferred) • Have worked in a consulting or agency environment supporting multiple clients • Are comfortable designing systems from scratch — and fixing broken ones • Can connect business goals to technical execution without overcomplicating things • Enjoy owning problems and figuring out the best solution, not the easiest one Bonus Points (Not Required, but We’ll Notice) • Experience at a HubSpot Solutions Partner • HubSpot certifications (Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops Hub) • Experience mentoring teammates or leading projects • Familiarity with tools like Lucidchart, Asana, Zapier, Loom, Avoma, and arenaflex Workspace • A strong opinion on CRM architecture — and the ability to defend it Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $90,000–$100,000 (based on experience & skillset) • Fully remote (US-based) • Flex hours • 20 days PTO + standard US holidays • 2 company mental wellness days • Quarterly bonus program • Professional development budget • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Health & wellness stipend • 401(k) with match (eligible after 6 months) • Parental leave • Short-term disability • Home office equipment provided Apply if HubSpot, RevOps strategy, and real client impact energize you.
