Job Description: Senior HR Consultant Role Title: Senior HR Consultant Location: Remote/On-site (as per project requirements) Reporting To: Founder & CEO / Principal HR Consultant Job Summary: The Senior HR Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive human resource management and consulting services to Proactive HRM Solutions' diverse client base. This position requires a seasoned HR professional with expertise across various HR disciplines, capable of leading complex projects, providing strategic advice, and fostering strong client relationships. The Senior HR Consultant will contribute to our mission of promoting ethical and sound HR practices and revolutionizing the HR landscape for our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Client Consultation and Relationship Management: • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their unique business needs and HR challenges. • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including executive leadership and HR teams. • Provide expert advice and strategic guidance on HR best practices, compliance, and organizational development. • Service Delivery and Project Leadership: • Lead and manage HR consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. • Develop and implement tailored HR policies and strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and legal requirements. • Conduct HR audits, analyze findings, and provide actionable recommendations for improving HR functions and compliance. • Oversee and execute talent acquisition strategies, including recruitment, assessment, and onboarding processes. • Facilitate mediation and grievance resolution processes, promoting harmonious workplace environments and ensuring fair treatment. • Deliver executive coaching sessions to leaders and high-potential employees, fostering leadership development and performance enhancement. • Manage outsourced HR functions for clients, ensuring efficient and compliant HR operations. • Conduct research and develop reports on various HR topics, market trends, and best practices to inform client strategies and internal development. • Develop and deliver high-quality training programs, ensuring relevance and effectiveness for client needs. • Compliance and Risk Management: • Ensure all HR policies, strategies, and services comply with applicable local, regional, and international labor laws, data privacy regulations, and anti-discrimination legislation. • Assist clients in identifying and mitigating HR-related risks and liabilities. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. • Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in HR. • Demonstrated expertise across multiple HR disciplines, including talent acquisition, policy development, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and compliance. • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in the United States • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to HR solutions. • Proficiency in HR software and technologies, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS. • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality. Compensation As an independent contractor, compensation for the Senior HR Consultant role is primarily project-based, designed in collaboration with Proactive HRM Solutions' internal compensation structure.
