It's currently 100% free to join as a consultant: we work on a revenue sharing basis, so earn only when you successfully sell your products & services.** • *NOW SEEKING EXPERIENCED HR ADVISORS & CONSULTANTS** Key Activities • Partner with clients by helping them understand their HR needs and develop customized solutions that fit their challenges. • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans. • Assist clients in preparing and implementing HR regulations, standards, employee handbooks & policies, and plans to help the organization achieve its goals and objectives. • Act as a hands-on strategic advisor and participate in designing and implementing HR processes and systems, ensuring compliance with the updated international standards and laws. • Review a company's human resources practices and programs and make plans for strategic changes. • Lead, consult, and advise with honesty, authenticity, and integrity in addressing situations that can be challenging and interesting • Define, plan, create, and implement the tools and resources needed for the organization to reach its goals • Evaluate client needs and assist them with a successful plan • Offer your knowledge about the most relevant business concepts and strategies of benefit • Listen, understand, analyze, evaluate, advise, train, support—and execute as necessary—to help clients succeed Responsibilities • Drive Impactful Outcomes: Leverage your expertise to deliver measurable improvements in client operations, driving efficiency and innovation. Our ideal CANsultants have/are: • Strong business acumen and subject matter expertise backed by proven experience • Capacity to see the big picture as well as detail oriented: strategic and practical value • Able to understand, interpret and critically analyze a client’s needs • Able to create effective working relationships and build rapport at all levels (internal and external) • Provide value, adaptability and reliability to build client rapport and trust • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) including empathy and listening skills • Demonstrate honesty, ethics, integrity, and confidentiality at all times • Knowledgeable about evolving best practices and industry trends Requirements & Qualifications • Education & Credentials: Degree in Human Resources, Administration, or relevant field. SHRM (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or HRPA (CHRP, CHRL, CHRE) certifications preferred. • Experience: Significant experience as a senior HR leader (CHRO, CPO, CTO, VP or Director of HR/People) with broad scope or specific expertise in core HR areas: recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, health & safety, employee/labor relations, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, organizational structure & design. • Proven Expertise: Bring a rich background of consulting experience, with a preference for those who have led projects that resulted in significant client benefit and advancements. Skilled in analyzing client’s concerns, identifying issues, and offering potential solutions supported by proven cases and industry standards. Your portfolio should include a range of clients & projects that demonstrate your ability to tackle complex problems, add demonstrable value, and drive forward-looking solutions. • Exceptional Soft Skills: Demonstrate outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Able to empathize with clients and work collaboratively. Ability to build rapport with employees and leadership. Able to host & lead client meetings with ease, professionalism, and effectiveness. Able to multitask, organize and prioritize. Self-directed, self-motivated, and self-managing. Your capacity to adapt to changing client needs and navigate diverse teams is critical. • Technical Proficiency and Innovation: Profound interest in providing creative and technical solutions, and problem-solving. Knowledge of relevant labor and employment laws. Tech-savvy with a strong command of relevant technologies and software, with an openness to adopting new tools that enhance your practices.
