arenaflex's Global Executive Development (GED) team is hiring a senior executive coach to support arenaflex’s senior leaders (Directors and Vice Presidents). They will coach and facilitate a global leadership development program for our director population, fostering participant’s awareness of their leadership approach, providing development support, and reinforcing learning. In addition to coaching in the program, the executive coach will also conduct long-term strategic coaching engagements with senior leaders at arenaflex to address developmental areas and build strengths critical to the leader’s success in current and future roles. While this is an individual contributor role, you will work in close partnership with senior leaders and development professionals worldwide. You will need strong learning and listening skills and the gravitas and experience to partner with senior leaders. You will also contribute programmatic and strategic improvements to better the program including interpreting critical themes and writing documents to share these insights with senior leaders. Key job responsibilities Success In This Role Requires The Ability To • Analyze and interpret individual leadership and organization capability requirements. • Translate these requirements into an effective and relevant coaching solution. • Strategically project manage, organize and provide executive coaching services. • Conduct strategic leadership behavioral observation during programs (including simulations). • Translate observations into concrete and actionable feedback to senior leaders. • Facilitate breakout sessions and peer-to-peer dialogue during programs • Debrief leadership assessments to create insights and individual learning objectives for programs • Support participants in embedding acquired learning and capability beyond the program to their roles and organizations. • A day in the life You will never have a boring day in this role. Basic Qualifications • 5+ years of Executive-level coaching including a minimum of PCC certification through ICF or equivalent governing body. • 10+ years of direct senior leadership experience in a complex business environment. • Strong facilitation skills both in-person and virtual delivery forums. • Ability to travel both domestically and globally 30% of working schedule. • Deep experience with 360 and other psychometric assessments. • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills; a role model for the use of the concepts and skills we teach. • Familiarity with business, financial, and process improvement tools, concepts and methodologies. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ideally as an author or content creator on relevant topics. • Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions. • Preferred Qualifications • MCC level coaching certification with ICF or equivalent governing body. • 10+ years of executive coaching experience for senior level leaders • Experience with team/group coaching at the executive level. • Experience with leadership simulations and other intensive, experiential training methodologies. • Strong understanding of how adults learn, and develop and adopt new behaviors and mental models - with grounding in behavioral, cognitive and social psychology. • Strong understanding of capabilities necessary to lead in large scale, rapidly growing, highly innovative organizations. • Experience developing other senior facilitators and trainers. • arenaflex is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $134,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $222,800/year in our highest geographic market.
