Summary We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join the Audience & Data Management (ADM) team, combining strong data management foundations with a clear emphasis on data analysis, data model implementation, and insight generation to support Marketing and business decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, Analytics, Risk, IT, and external vendors to ensure analytical datasets and models are correctly implemented, understood, and leveraged across acquisition and existing customer initiatives. You will operate hands-on within proprietary marketing platforms, validating data, testing scenarios, and translating analytical outputs into actionable business insights. This position requires the ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution, communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and operate confidently in regulated, enterprise-scale environments. Education • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field. Professional Experience • 5–8+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Management, or hybrid Analytics roles. • Strong background supporting marketing, customer, or business-focused analytics initiatives. • Experience working with large, complex datasets in enterprise environments. • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geographic teams, including vendors. • Exposure to regulated data environments is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Prepare, transform, and analyze data to support analytical, reporting, and modeling initiatives. • Implement and support existing data models, with a strong understanding of their logic, assumptions, and outputs. • Analyze data and deliver clear, actionable insights to Marketing and business stakeholders. • Partner with marketing program managers, analytics teams, and risk stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical requirements. • Interpret model outputs and analytical results for non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and business relevance. • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to support technical and analytical implementations. • Operate hands-on within proprietary marketing platforms, coding and testing analytical scenarios prior to in-market execution. • Provide oversight and coordination for day-to-day activities related to list processing and data execution vendors. • Participate in strategy discussions, project planning, and daily scrums. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools to support decision-making. • Ensure adherence to data controls, regulatory standards, and internal governance policies. Required Technical Skills • Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, validation, and analysis. • Experience using SAS in analytical or data processing workflows. • Hands-on experience with Python, including data analysis and transformation. • Exposure to PySpark for large-scale or distributed data processing. • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI. • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS and Snowflake. • Strong understanding of exploratory data analysis (EDA) techniques. • Knowledge of data modeling concepts, including how models are structured, validated, and consumed. • Familiarity with marketing data platforms (e.g., CDPs, Marketing Cloud, or similar systems). • Exposure to statistical modeling or machine learning concepts. Nice to Have • Experience supporting or interpreting predictive or segmentation models. • Familiarity with customer, acquisition, or lifecycle analytics. • Experience working with 1P, 2P, and 3P data sources. Soft Skills • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy. • Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex analyses into business-friendly insights. • Comfortable engaging with both technical teams and senior business stakeholders. • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple parallel initiatives. • Proactive, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced, data-driven environments.
