What you can expect – enriching experiences that will last a lifetime As a Senior Consultant (f/m/d) in the field of Regulatory Risk Services with a focus on Sustainable Finance, it will be your responsibility to inspire our clients with innovative ideas and concepts, and to contribute to product development. You will implement new product and service ideas internally and support our clients on their sustainable transformation journey. This encompasses everything from strategic considerations to regulatory requirements and data management issues. You will serve as interface between the business departments and the IT team. • Advising national and international companies in the financial services industry on the (re) alignment and further development of their organization and business model based on sustainability principles. • Assisting in the development of strategies in risk management, data management, compliance, and reporting to promote sustainability. • Formulating and implementing regulatory requirements in the context of sustainability. • Conducting ESG risk assessments and impact measurements to identify ESG issues to be addressed. • Contributing to the design and implementation regarding the integration of sustainability or ESG factors into the structuring of business processes and IT systems. What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in implementing projects driven by regulatory and supervisory requirements, preferably with a focus on ESG. • Experience in implementing supervisory risk management topics, ideally related to the implementation of regulatory ESG requirements. • Technical expertise in risk management, compliance, regulatory affairs and reporting along initial project engagements. • Proficiency in both German and English, both written and spoken. • Experience in the context of Sustainable Finance, such as sustainability-related risk models, ESG data providers, etc., is advantageous. • Initial consulting experience with enterprise software (accounting, data analysis, reporting, payment processing, etc.) and IT architectures.
